Yep! I got mine about 10 mins ago...
When you come in to pick up your iPhone 4, you'll be directed to a line for those with reservations. We'll have Specialists ready to transfer your contacts, set up email, and help you get apps so your iPhone is just the way you like it. We look forward to seeing you at the store.

Got mine 10 minutes ago. What a huge relief.
An Apple Store employee told me that if you used the Apple Store app (which I did), the Apple servers bypassed AT&T's verification server, so you have the unsubsidized price on your first email. That was the case with me. Glad that's sorted out.

I think at some point they decided to cut the AT&T verification out of the process completely- because while my wife got through early online, she got a email w the 499 price (should have been 199)
I couldn't get through all day and later thought to use the Apple Store App... my email confirmation had no price whatsoever.
You don't know which version of there/their/they're to use, so I recited a joke from Young Frankenstein. Don't worry, it's before your time.
I received confirmation, so I'm pretty happy about that I'm sure Apple will have enough phones for everyone with reservations on Launch day; the PR disaster would be if they didn't. Apple isn't that stupid; they cut off reservations once they needed to.

When I Made this thread there were none and they were all posted almost at the exact same time. If it's necessary they could all be merged by a mod.
Btw what time are you guys heading to your local apple store? I was going to go super early but I decided to go around lunch time noon maybe. Only reason I was gonna go early was because I wasn't sure of the whole reserve getting cancelled. But now that I got this reminder I'll go when the lines die down a bit
