For several years my rMBP 15" 2.4 Ghz Quad core (2014) has felt sluggish, especially when I had more than ~5 Safari tabs open.
I had assumed it was simply obsolete and I needed to replace it. However, when Adobe Flash recently died (it will no longer be supported and uninstalling is recommended), all of my rMBP's speed problems went away!
Now the thing is as fast as it was when it was new! I feel so stupid for not getting rid of Flash earlier.
Anyone else have this experience, or is it just me?
