Not even a little. The plastic iPhone 3G had been said to have had this issue due to heat. My iPhone 4S is as white as it was when I got it.
 
This is not an issue anymore. It's why apple delayed the white iphone 4 a few years ago. Now, they just cover it all with glass and the problem is solved.
 
Just as everyone else with white iPhones (post-3GS) have posted, my white 32GB Verizon iPhone 5 that I'm using on AT&T appears just as white as when I bought it last year on launch day at a local corporate Verizon store. I usually have a skin installed on it, however, but I recently replaced the skin (since it yellows after a while of use) with a new one, and it seemed just as bright as when I first received it.

My white iPad hasn't. It's a year old and I use a screen protector on it. Not sure whether they'd be more likely to yellow without a protector on.
