Is this normal I ordered it around 3:15 and it said it was completed and I'll get a order confirmation in 24 hours but why at so many other people getting them now?

Because the servers are overloaded...I wouldn't worry till it is actually 24 hours. It took mine a few hours last year.

Yes I got mine on launch day. Verizon still has stock left, people ordering them right now will get them on launch day so you will as well.
