What diet/food tracker application would you recommend? I would be particularly interested in one that does not REQUIRE Internet access to work.

Thanks!

I have used an app called lose it on my Touch, but i'm not sure that it is optimized for iPad, if that is a big deal. It was also free when I got it, probably still is now

I'm looking for something to track food for medical reasons for my daughter. Everything I had looked at this weekend seemed lacking when applied to that area too.

It really really makes me wish i could code and do my own. I know what i need, why doesn't anyone read my mind and write it for me?!?!

www.myfitnesspal.com is very good. The iphone app isn't ipad optimised, but allows you to enter foods in offline and then just synch when you get online. I use it everyday and it's great.

Being free also helps :)
