Difference between 8plus and X on iOS 12

I was just wondering, besides Animojis and Memoji any other major difference between the two on iOS 12? Do us 8plus users still get the new camera filters?

I was wondering if the iPhone 8 and previous (with Touch ID) are getting the iPhone X gestures? Since the iPad are getting them...

Interesting thing is my original air after testing it got the swipe up and right gesture to bring up apps. It actually confused me at first but kind of works.

I predict they remove in future betas and make it act more like ios11 iPad Air. Not upcoming no home button iPad.

I think that gesture will stay, as it seems like an evolution of the iOS multitasking switcher as well (new method to get to the multitasking screen).

We’ll see though I guess.
