Hey guys,
I had my motherboard replaced at Apple and they took out one of my RAM sticks (CMSO8GX3M2A1333C9) saying that it wouldn't let the computer boot, so I went out and bought the Corsair CMSA8GX3M2A1066C7. I put the old RAM back in and it booted fine, so I no longer need the new one. The only difference I see is that one is 1333 and the other is 1066 and says designed for Mac. I have a mid-2009 so it will down the 1333 to 1066 anyways, but are there any benefits to using the 1066? Let me know, thanks!
