HomeKit Difference between door sensors

Are there any major difference between door/windows sensors from one company to another. I am looking for 5-6 sensors for my doors and i just need them to be integrated with HomeKit and the smallest as possible as I hate when they are bulky. Could someone recommend good sensors.

While I haven’t used their door/window sensors personally I’ve been more impressed with Eve’s products hardware and software than a lot of other HomeKit products. They look fairly small too.
