I know, I know... it's a different platform, a different operating system, different code, different teams, etc. etc. etc.
But the general point I'm trying to make is my experience with macOS HS so far has been flawless, it looks and feels fresh and has been a delight to use - my mid-2014 rMBP still runs like a new laptop, in fact I most of the time forget that it's now over 3 yrs old.
In stark contrast, iOS 11 has made my only-just-one-year-old iPhone 7 feel like an antique.
And before anyone starts with "it's a .0 what do you expect", I'm running the first public release versions of both - if iOS 11 was running as well as HS is (different OS's I know but take the point), I'd have no complaints whatsoever and bide my time waiting for Apple to iron out the creases.
