Difference between MD646LL/A and MD644LL/A

I bought a black 64gb iPhone 5 (AT&T) on launch day and the Part No. was MD644LL/A. Just got another 64gb black today and it's MD646LL/A. Does anyone know the difference? I tried searching it but nothing really shows up for MD646LL/A.
