I own an iPad 9th gen and an iPhone 13. If I turn off my iPhone I can see that the screen is covered in fingerprints. However, these fingerprints aren’t visible at all when I’m using dark mode on the iPhone. In contrast, every fingerprint is very visible when using the iPad in dark mode. Am I seeing the difference between an LCD display vs an OLED display? I will say that black seems like a really dark gray on the iPad whereas black on the iPhone is truly black. Are fingerprints this visible on the most recent 11” or 12” iPad pro?
