Could anyone please explain me quickly the difference between my PBs logicboard and the mainboard?

Thanks !

i thought the logic board, or daughter board was called that for a reason on Macs....since you can upgrade the cpu and ram without changing the rest of the "mobo" that connects to other parts....

Mainboard sounds good, but still isn't the main piece of the computer.
Motherboard is ok, but mothers don't have or know everything.
Logicboard is perfect cause it gives you the impression that the computer thinks through things.

Logic board is just what Apple calls motherboards. Why does it matter anyway?

It matters since the logicboard of my powerbook broke twice within 3 months. The guy from the store could "not" explain to me what it is. I asked if it's the same as the mainboard, and he didn't know.

edit: forgot a "not"

logic board = motherboard = mainboard. Apple calls it a logic board, most PC companies call it a motherboard, some call it a mainboard. No matter what it's called, it's the main part of the computer, containing the CPU, RAM, (most of) the ports, expansion slots etc.
