Besides the obvious specs changes, what are the differences?

I could have sworn the G5 iMac had the input/output ports on the side of the monitor and not all on the back at some point. Is this right?

Besides the case being a bit slimmer and the built in iSight, is there really that big of a difference between Rev B and Rev C?

Also, I figure Front Row will be offered in iLife or something at some point. Is this a fair assumption?

The main differences are:

Speed bumps,
HD increase,
RAM increase,
thinner,
built in iSight,
FrontRow,
alignment of ports on the back, (used to be vertical).

There really isn't that much of a difference. If you were in the market for an iMac I would try and get a discounted Rev B, instead of a Rev C.

^ Almost true apart from the speed bump in the case of the Rev B 17" SuperDrive model, which was 2.0GHz.
The new 17" (which only comes with SuperDrive) is 1.9GHz.

I ordered that particular Rev B 17" SD iMac from the UK refurb store last night... says it's shipping already!

original price £999
refurb price £719

It should work out at £621 for me, as I had a £21 coupon and I (hopefully) should get 11% cashback for using my Egg credit card :)
