Other Differences between US and EU models other than price and SIM?

I have the option of buying phones in Portugal or the US. Are there any differences other than the Sim slot?

Battery capacity. The US esim models have slightly larger batteries than the physical SIM models.

There is also some differences in the cellular network bands it can support between US and EU.
