Can someone give me that condensed version of the main differences between a MacBook Air and the smaller MacBook Pro?

I have not personally owned a Mac laptop and my kids haven’t had them in years. I’m trying to help my daughter for work and need to know the differences.

They're very similar in terms of screen, connectivity, and so on. The biggest difference seems to be the processor power, with the Pro having distinctly more power (and more powerful integrated graphics). The screen on the Pro is brighter and has better colors, though they both have the same resolution and size. The Air also has a hybrid approach to the keyboard, with mechanical F keys but a TouchID sensor.
