As far as I know there is no way to do this on right now, its a good idea though!

Have you tried looking at the apps in the app store to see if one of the email ones has this feature?

I did a quick search, but didn't find anything exactly. I'll keep looking.

You can select the different tones for different accounts in notification -> mail option. I have different sounds for work and iCloud mails.
