Different Apple ID for Music?

Apple Music is not available where I live but available in my home country so I am subscribed to Apple Music on a different Apple ID than the one I use for setting up my devices.

I can’t change the region of my main Apple ID as it is in family sharing and as far as I know all family sharing accounts must be in the same region.
