Different Apple ID on "App" icon than "iTunes"

How do I sign in with my main family ID on the "app" store icon. I've never had this problem before, but it has another ID in my "app" store icon and I can't update my apps. I just got the new iPhone 4s. I've never had this problem before.

IF you open up the Settings app in the slide down to where it says Store you will be able to change the Apple ID for making purchases.
