I have an iPod Touch 2 Generation...just recently I noticed the different signs on the battery sign. When I plug my charger into the wall it "twitches" from a lightning bolt to the plug in sign. However, when I charge it from my laptop it doesn't seem to spazz out like that. I also don't think it charges when I plug it into the wall. I have an app where it tells me the percentage and since it keeps twitching, it doesn't seem to charge. Do the different signs mean different things? I know that the lightning bolt means its charging and the plug in sign means its fully charged, but whenever I plug it into the wall, it goes back and forth when its barely charged half way. And as of right now, I have it plugged into my laptop and the lightning bolt is up but the app says its 100% charged :/ Is there something wrong with my wall outlet maybe or the usb cord itself or could it just be my iPod?

Thanks for the help!

P.S. I have a Samsung phone and its charger is a USB so I use the USB wall outlet for my iPod too!
