Different Caalogue numbers for Apple stores in Canada and USA?

Hi,

I notice that the following items have different catalogue numbers in the USA and Canadian Apple Stores:
Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse: USA......... MB111LL/A
Canada......MB111ZM/A

Time Capsule 500 GB: USA..........MB276LL/A
Canada......MB276AM/A

Does this mean that they have different specifications? I will be purchasing these items plus others in Canada but want them in US specifications.
