Is there a way to disable a second display so that depending on which account you are logged into one monitor is on and the other is off?

Mac Pro, 2 displays, 47" lcd, 19" lcd, 1 video card. DVI to HDMI and the other is just DVI to DVI.

I want to have my TV hooked up for movies and what not on one user account, but when Im working on my other account I want to be able to log in and use my 19" display. I just don't want to have to get behind the computer and unhook which ever cable I don't need at the time just to hook it back up later. And I don't want to have the 2 display deal where the mouse goes off the screen and I have to go to sys pref and move the menu bar to the display I want to use.

KVM switch maybe? But with the mac automatically change to the correct resolution?
