Seem to be having trouble on newegg on figuring out what the difference between the hyperx models are. I sorted them all by 204 pins so it should fit the macbook. other than that, im not sure whats so different about them.

i read in the thread that this is the one to get cause than your macbook will read it at the full speed (thats if you have a compatible macbook).

i read this is the one where you had to enable something in the macbook, which isn't possible, to achieve full potential.

these two are the ones im a bit confused about. will they work perfect fine in the macbook or are these incompatible? the only difference that jumps out at me between the two is the latter one has a cas latency of 11 compared to the 9.

but again, whats the difference between all four?

As long as you have a 2.2-2.3 quad core i7 MBP you will be able to run the RAM @ 1600mhz. I actually have the third one listed on your post ($110). It works perfectly!

Another thing to note is that don't buy the model ending in "/8GX" as this won't work.

Ref: Wikipedia on CAS Latency
Column Address Strobe (CAS) latency, or CL, is the delay time between the moment a memory controller tells the memory module to access a particular memory column on a RAM memory module, and the moment the data from given array location is available on the module's output pins. In general, the lower the CAS latency, the better.

I hope this helps! :D
