Different MacBook Pro Noise

My Macbook pro is making a sound other than the whining that has been written about all over. It also makes that noise although the QuietMBP application is taking care of that right now.

The new noise is a low-pitch constant whirring/very fast clicking sound coming from to the right of the keyboard. Has anyone else experienced this?
