Different Macs sharing my messages etc

So I have a few devices used in my family using my Apple ID for iTunes.

However this also allows them to access my messages and see my phone calls etc.

How do I allow them to have my itunes library but without all the other stuff?

Give each family member their own Apple ID and enable Family Sharing on iTunes.

Thanks. Trying to do it now but it keeps asking for a payment method to be applied to my Apple ID which I already have PAypal set up for it?

Any idea?
