iOS Different name on device and appstore

Is it possible to have a larger name, and shorter name for an application.

I mean, to display larger name on Appstore ,with a caption or tagLine..etc. and small name on the iPhone device to display.

Does this have any issues with Appstore.

Yes, it's possible. Most of my apps are like this, as in, "a.k.a." on the device and "a.k.a. - Your Favorite Name Generator" on the App Store.
