Different notifications/sounds for different inboxes?

I love my new iPhone and how much better the exchange support is.

I have three different email accounts (personal, junk mail, and work) on my phone and I was wondering if there was any way to set it so only my personal account vibrates/sounds when I get an incoming message?

I don't need my work account to vibrate 200+ times a day while I'm sitting in front of my screen, that'll drain the battery quick.
