So I have looked in the forums and have not seen anyone with this particular issue.
I installed Yosemite public beta over mavericks then deleted a blank partition and I wanted to extend the main partition to the full size of the drive...
now I cannot create a new partition or extend the old partition or do anything, if I try to create a new partition it just sits there and does nothing after I click apply. I have tried restarting, repairing permissions and loading the computer with cmd+r and going that way.
anyone have any ideas? I just want access to my full drive, preferably all as 1 partition.
result of diskutil list seems it thinks it is 2 separate drives?
