Different # of Songs in iTunes library than devices?

Why would my iTunes library say I have 985 songs, but my TV, iPod, iPhone all show 984 with the except of the iPod that shows 979? I have it to automatically sync all songs and playlists on all 3 devices.

How can I easily find which track is not coming over during syncs?
