Different passwords for Filevault and Administration

Is there any way to have a complicated filevault password but set up a simple admin password when
my MacBook asks me for permission to do or allow something?
I could do this before but now I can't figure out a way to do this.
It's a PIA to constantly have to type out a long passphrase for simple permissions.
