Different statuses in iChat accts

I feel like a total n00b for asking this because I know I've been able to do this before. But I can't seem to figure out how to set the different iChat accounts to different statuses.

I want to be able to sign out of or set to away for Work, but keep personal ones online/available. Why can't I figure this out?? lol:p
