Different threads on iPhone SMS app

So I have a contact which has 2 different numbers in it. I get texts from both of them. However in the message app, I have 2 different threads, each for one number. How can I combine them together?! Thanks.

I am not sure you can. Each number is an independent thread. At least that is my understanding.

Ask him to send you only numbers from one of the phones. There's no way you can actually combine two different text messages from two different phones.
