Different versions of iTunes on different accounts but on the same Mac?

Hello!

I wonder if it's possible to have different versions of iTunes installed on different user accounts but on the same Mac/Have one version of iTunes installed on one account (Account 1), for example 11.1.3, and then, in another account (Account 2), uninstall iTunes 11.1.3 and install another version without losing any music/videos/iDevice-backups etc. in Account 1?

I am running Mac OS Mavericks 10.9.1 on an iMac 21,5" from middle 2011.

iTunes is installed system wide. If you uninstalled it from user 2, it's off the system.
