Different vibration level new iPhone 4

So i took my iphone 4 to genius bar yesterday as was having problems with unresponsive home screen, and they gave me new phone, no problem.

What i've noticed is that on the replacement iphone 4 the vibration is definitely not as strong as my previous one.

Any thoughts?
