Ok here it is......I bought two Iphone 3g's on my family plan, a black one for my number and a white one for my woman's number. She has decided that she will not use most of the Iphone features and doesnt want it. I have decided that the black one is a disgusting fingerprint magnet; I like her white one better. I bought both from the Apple store.
I wish to go tomorrow and return the black one and switch the white one to my number. So basically, black is on family plan # A, white is one family plan # B. Black is getting returned on A, and I want the White switched to B. The Iphone data plan, however, needs to be cancelled on plan B and left on plan A since she will be reusing the upgrade for basic phone and not anohter Iphone.
So how will all of this go down? I refuse to return both the white and the black and repurchase a new white one - that would be ridiculous since I already own both. I should have every right to return one and switch the other to my phone number.
Returns must be done at the apple store and changes and upgrade to new basic phone will have to be done at the AT&T store in same mall.
Any thoughts on the trouble that I will unjustifiably face?
