Difficulty downloading New Apple Watch Os

I have been trying since yesterday to download the latest Watch OS. Have done it many times before with the old OS. The wheel keeps turning "looking for Update". Any ideas? please help.

Also having issues for two days.

Says downloading to watch but estimated time remains 4-6 hours.

Re-paired watch with no luck.

How large is the update? Is 4-6 hours normal?

My internet connection is completely sufficient...iOS 10 and iTunes updates were fast and furious with no issues.

Took me four hours yesterday.

First Apple Watch so was unsure if it was normal or not
