Digibitvpn not working on my MacBook

I hope I've put this in the right section.

I have a MacBook Pro 13.3 inch. I am using the latest version of Ventura.

I am trying to use Digibitvpn on it, but no matter what location I use, the Connect button is not clickable and I can't see the location name on the screen, even when it's in full screen mode (see screenshot).

One thing I've noticed is that it is not listed in Settings in the VPN section. Thank you for any help you are able to give me because Digibit's tech support is awful!

You don’t have to use their app.
Download and install Tunnelblick Stable, Tunnelblick 3.8.8b at the moment https://tunnelblick.net/downloads.html
Download the Digibitvpn configuration files (certificates.zip or individual) https://digibitvpn.com/certs/
Double-click an ovpn file, let’s say Brazil Server 1.ovpn, and it will be installed in Tunnelblick.
From Tunnelblick, click connect to Brazil Server 1, you will be asked for the Digibitvpn username and password.
