Hello there,

I am trying to get my digital audio out (s/pdif) working on my iMac (2007) with Snow Leopard 10.6.4 on it . When I plug in the special toslink jacket, my iMac won't recognize it as digital. In the audio screen, the only thing I see is "Headphones". I am not able to select "digital output".

Does anyone have any idea to solve this? I already tried to change the Audio MIDI settings. These settings also don't include any possibility to select digital audio output.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thnx!
