Hi,

I just recently noticed that the Updates tab in the App Store is reporting that this update was installed 3 times. It appears that way at least - it is listed 3 times and selecting "...more" shows the exact same description for each one. The first of the three was installed on the 9th, and the other two were installed today. I just today updated my OS to 10.10.4 as well if that could have anything to do with it.

Is it likely that they are not duplicates but actual updates of the same version just using the same description?
