Digital copy's not showing up in iTunes

I got digital copy's of all three of the lord of the rings. I redeemed them on the iPad. All three came up fine on the iPad to download. But when I went to iTunes on my Air I noticed they weren't there. The other thing I noticed was the digital copy of a movie I got this weekend showed up fine on iTunes. The only difference is I redeemed that one on my 4s. So for some reason the iPads not communicating with my air/iTunes.
