I just bought a new LCD monitor. Is it better to use the digital cable or the analog cable? I plugged in the digital cable and I do not get a signal until Windows boots up. (My Mac Pro is on order, I found a pretty good deal on the monitor, so I am testing it on my PC), my concern is that I do not see the boot screen, where I can get into the BIOS. The monitor is not detected until Windows boots up. Is there a BIOS setting that will detect the digital monitor?
