iOS Digital Magazine: Looking for company that will sell ad spots for commission

I'm releasing a free digital magazine for the Apple iPad and Mac App Store as soon as we can generate some ad revenue for issue 001.

Can someone point me in the right direction for a company that specializes in digital media advertising and will work via commission?

The digital magazine is based off a popular mens lifestyle blog.
