I am a DP user but, to be honest, with the price of this software, I can't afford to compare it to Logic! If you find out that Logic is the much better product, please don't let me know or I'll have to start saving money again!
i've made a living using DP since version 2.??. now running 5.13.
composing, remixing, scoring, editing, post production and mixing in every format imaginable...it's been rock solid and a pleasure to use. i know plenty of people who feel the same about logic...don't think one outperforms the other. just different ways to get the job done.
i run it on a mac pro quad 2.66( tiger) and have no issues with it whatsoever. a good DP forum to check out is www.unicornation.com. lots of very good info and tips there.
