Digital Publishing Software (or) Providers?

Has anyone had experience using companies such as issuu.com or zmags.com for online digital publishing?

I design two industry-type print magazines and my clients want to take them online.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to incorporate video and some flash into the magazines.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I subscribe to an electronic automobile fan magazine. The online version uses Flash for navigation as well as for ads. It blows chunks and is getting worse. There is nothing in the content to appears to be a particularly burdensome. However, Flash's resource requirements literally captures my Mac and holds it hostage.

My recommendation to you is stay away from Flash.
