digital recorder for phone calls

I don't know if this is the proper forum, but does anyone have recommendations for a digital recorder for phone calls (I'm not suggesting anything illegal). Preferably one that works with Mac or PC. I'm not familiar with the product space at all so I don't know where to start other than a random web search.

How about using something like this:

and then feeding that into your Mac, or a stand-alone digital recorder?
