Who else has these problems with Digital River when trying to pay online?

I have 3 products I use that when buying upgrades, etc. use Digital River for processing:
The "solution" is calling into customer service for the product and having them manually process an order by giving them the CC information over the phone.
I hate using the phone
Apparently, from what I can tell from Googling the issue is, many banking/credit institutions will not authorize payments to Digital River because of fraud. So I am guessing my Credit Union and my Card issuers fall into the category of those who won't do business with Digital River.
Don't these companies realize they are losing sales to frustrated customers who would buy their products but they are using a crappy payment processor?

No matter what I have tried > 3 different credit cards (Visa, AMEX) and PayPal, my payment always fails.Royal TSX
