Yes, if you follow the instructions below:

1. On the iPhone add a world clock based on your current location.
2. On the Apple Watch go to the clock section and rename the city you created above to either a space or a Apple logo.
3. Add the world clock complication to your watch face.

You will get something like this: (Note the 8:52 is the time)
