Dimensions of rMBP vs MBP

Hello,

I am just about about to buy a skin for the top of my rMBP which will be with me shortly. The website, Wrappz, do not currently have the rMBP listed. I have selected 2011 MacBook Pro 15" at the moment. The skin is only for the top of the machine, not the sides, bottom or the wrist areas. Do you think it will fit okay?

As far as I know, the rMBP is no smaller in terms of surface area on top of the machine, but I could be wrong and wanted to double check with those who have better info relating to this issue.

Do you know if the palm areas are the same dimensions as well? Will a MacBook Pro Palm-guard also work on the Retina Model.

The one I am looking at does not go up past the keyboard. It is just for the palm areas only.

Just to be safe, I would buy a skin that is specifically stated for the new rMBP.
Check wrapsol, bodyguardz, and sticker boy.
