How do I transfer my address and phone numbers on my iPhone to a windows 7 computer

Plug it to itunes, click on your iphone device on the left of itunes.
Then go to the "info" tab on top of the page, click the box Sync contacts with: Windows contacts. And click sync on the bottom right.
Then all your phone numbers will transfer/copy to your computer so you can save and sync them back with itunes at any time.
