I had a HR21 HD DVR receiver and it went bad and just got a HR23 model. I can't get the app to work now. When I try to schedule a program it say "You are not subscribed to this channel (It doesn't work on any of them). My receiver ID numbers are correct. I emailed DVRScheduler@directv.com and I got this email back.

I was wondering what you guys think of this. Wouldn't they have all this info anyway? The app worked fine until I got the new receiver. I even deleted and reinstalled the app on my iphone.
