For three weeks now I've been unable to sign into the DirectTV Sunday ticket app. Every time I contacted Direct TV for support they gave me different answers. We deleted and reinstalled the app probably 50 times (probably fewer, but countless), we deleted the app on all devices, we changed the password for my account, hell we even deleted my online account altogether.
Finally today we figured out it was my ipad that was somehow causing the problem and staying connected even though i have not only logged out, closed the app, brought it up in multi-tasking, closed it there, and deleted and reinstalled it multiple times. The lady i talked to last pretty much said "I don't know, you're the only one having this problem, you should go to an Apple support forum and see what they say".
I'm currently backing up the iPad and am preparing to reinstall everything from the ground up by wiping it clean and restoring from a backup. Any ideas before I take that drastic step?
